A Change of Heart
I used to worry about my health,
but not so much anymore, not since
I became wise to my soul contract
to exit this life when I
choose.
I’ve always trusted God, but I
tied
up my camel anyway; I stopped
smoking, ate the proper foods,
and exercised regularly.
Then I had two heart attacks,
a triple by-pass, and had a
change
of heart; now whether I tie up
my camel or not does not matter,
because what will be will be.
