The Study of Man
The study of man is never-ending,
A journey into a far country
of misperception; for every truth
we discover, another refutes it.
Be it psychology, philosophy, science,
or religion, man will never know
the answer to the question he cannot
ask for fear the answer will be true.
What am I? Man, woman, trans, neither,
or all genders, an ephemeral being
of enantiodromiac wonder that becomes
what it must to be what it will?
—Who am I?
