the genocidal slaughter of a
a brotherly race, human beings
conceived of men and women
abiding in their peaceful nation
that’s being desecrated by an
avenging angel, not for what’s
his almighty right, but to quench
his unslakable lust for almighty
might: it is better to reign in hell
than serve in heaven, said the
blind poet’s fallen angel.
